Past Incidents

We will be conducting database maintenance over the next 24 hours. This purpose of this maintenance is performing modifications that will prevent future incidents of high latency. No downtime is expected and service should operate normally, but short periods of high latency may occur during this period. If high latency does occur, it will be reported on this page.

Our service has experienced high latency for periods of up to 30 minutes in the past two days. Investigation is still underway and we are attempting various solutions to prevent high latency from reoccurring. No API requests were dropped during these periods of high latency.
