We've identified and resolved a connectivity issue for some devices running Android 9 and older. This was caused by a yearly TLS certificate update, in which the new intermediary certificate was not trusted on these older Android devices. We've transitioned to a new TLS certificate provider which is trusted all the way down to Android 2.1. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
